Delivery & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Every creation is made to order, just for you. Allow 4 to 7 working days for a personalised case (printed in Europe) and 10 to 25 days for the engraved wallet and the moon lamp (2 to 7 days to make, then transit), within mainland France.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of €65 or more in France. Below that, standard delivery is €7.99 and express delivery €10.99. We also ship to the European Union (€22) and internationally (€29).
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier's link, so you can follow it all the way to your door. A question in the meantime? Write to us at contact@ami-amour.fr.
Can I return a personalised item?
A personalised item is created for you alone: under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal. You remain fully protected by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects: if your item arrives faulty or broken, write to us with a photo and we will remake, replace or refund it. A non-personalised item (such as the wallet without engraving) does benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Order tracking
What happens after I place my order?
Four steps, in full transparency: we confirm your order by email, we prepare your personalisation, your item is made to order, then shipped with a tracking number. You receive one email at confirmation and a second when it ships.
Will I receive a tracking email?
Yes. You first receive your order confirmation, then a second email when your parcel is on its way, with the tracking number and the carrier's link. Keep them safe: they let you follow your gift at any time.
What if my order is delayed?
Write to us first at contact@ami-amour.fr: we will immediately check where your parcel is. If the stated deadline has passed, Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code entitles you to ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, then to cancel your order if it still hasn't arrived — in which case you receive a full refund.

Who is Ami & Amour?
Ami & Amour is a personalised gift shop, operated by the French company SEOMY TECHNOLOGY SAS. Our conviction: a gift should move you and last. Each of our creations — a case in your colours, a wallet engraved from your photo, a moon lamp — is built from what matters to you.
How does personalisation with live preview work?
You choose your product, then add your photo or text, your colours, your name… and the preview updates live, right before your eyes. You only confirm once you love the result: what you see is what we make.
Which photo formats can I use?
The usual phone formats work fine: JPEG, PNG or HEIC. For a beautiful result, choose a sharp, well-lit photo with the subject clearly visible. Unsure about your image? Send it to us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is fully secured with SSL encryption. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay — whichever you prefer.
