DELIVERY

Delivery times. Each item is made to order with your personalisation, then dispatched from our manufacturing partner's workshop. Allow 10 to 25 days in total for mainland France (2 to 7 days' production + transport). The lead time specific to each product is stated on its page. A tracking number is sent to you upon dispatch whenever possible.

If the announced deadline is exceeded, contact us at contact@ami-amour.fr: you benefit from the rights provided for in Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) (formal notice to deliver within a further reasonable period, then cancellation of the order and a full refund within fourteen (14) days).

Returns. Personalised products are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code). However, if a product arrives damaged, defective or not matching your personalisation, we will remake it or refund you in full, at no charge — see Article 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Refund policy.
